Anger and frustration is completely normal and usually a healthy human emotion. It can help us release tension and keep the body and mind healthy when we are feeling attacked or ignored or where we feel we are not being heard. Anger is usually a quick reaction and then it quickly subsides. Only when anger gets habitually out of control, with a lasting reaction that takes longer to subside does it lead to a person experiencing problems regarding health, relationships, social and work situations. 

Anger can be frightening for the person themselves and those around them.
