
The Telegraph called me this week and asked me if I could share some mindful tips to avoid ‘text neck’. It seems more and more of us are spending so much time on our i-phones that we are now creating real physical issues in our body. If you are suffering with headaches, anxiety or think you could have a smart phone addiction then you could be suffering from this newly named condition which is causing a curvature of the spine by the constant hunching over your mobile for hours at a time.
