DEFINITIONS

“Site” refers to thelifeclass.com.
“Service” refers to all courses, memberships, coaching programmes, and related content.
“User”, “you”, and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of the Site.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any Service. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
NATURE OF SERVICE
The Life Class provides educational and personal development content. The Service is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or psychological treatment. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or personal transformation.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
PAYMENTS
By purchasing a Service, you agree to pay the full price listed at the time of purchase.
If you choose a payment plan:
You remain responsible for the full amount
Missed payments may result in suspension or removal of access
DIGITAL CONTENT & COOLING-OFF RIGHTS (IMPORTANT)
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase.
However, by purchasing and accessing the Service immediately, you:
expressly request immediate access to digital content, and
acknowledge that you lose your legal right to cancel once access has begun
Once access to the Service has been granted, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final once access has been provided.
No refunds will be issued for:
change of mind
non-use of the Service
failure to complete the programme
Nothing in this clause excludes your statutory rights.
COURSE ACCESS
Access to the Certified Coach Course is granted for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, access will expire regardless of completion status.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided is the intellectual property of The Life Class.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, single-user licence. You may not:
share, copy, or distribute materials
reproduce or sell any content
provide access to third parties
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
use the Service unlawfully
harass or harm other users
post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to remove access for misconduct.
COMMUNITY & SOCIAL PLATFORMS
Access to any community or group is a privilege, not a right. We may remove access at our discretion if behaviour is inappropriate.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access where:
you breach these Terms
payment obligations are not met
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
indirect or consequential losses
loss of income, profits, or business
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services used in connection with the Service.
CHANGES TO TERMS
