    We so often walk around unconscious.
    Our minds on repeat. Negative, negative, negative.
    All about the lack.
    All about the things we don’t have and think we need.
    All about the things we think we need to be ‘happy’.
    But I’m going to let you into a little secret.
    You can focus on what’s wrong if you want, but when you focus on what’s right, amazing things start to happen.
    You can focus on all the things that you hate about yourself if you want.  Not much will come from that.
    You can focus on the all the things you don’t have in your life. Not much will come from that.
    You can focus on all the things you think you need to have to be happy. Yep, not much will come from that either.
    Or, have you ever thought that you can focus on the things that you are so lucky to have already.
    To me it just seems that there are always so many things to be grateful for.
    Little things like health, being able to walk or hear, love, connection…
    The truth of your life, right now, is that you have enough.
    You. Have. Enough.
    You don’t need any more to be happy.
    You don’t need any thing to be happy.
    You don’t actually need any one to be happy.
    You just need to know you have enough and if you think about it like that a little more,  if you focus up a little more, your happiness actually grows.
    Just think of that.
    The more grateful we are the happier we become.
